Today we are

 Our
original premise was State Legislation AB75, which mandates that
all state agencies recycle white paper, colored paper, newspaper,
cardboard, and beverage containers in an amount equal to at least
50% of their total waste. In early 1999, we discovered that the
California Integrated Waste Management Board was challenged with
a cost effective way to achieve this plan. As a result, we set out
to create a complete program with all equipment and services necessary,
at the lowest possible cost.
More recently,
multiple forms of Federal and State legislation have been enacted
to protect individuals from the fastest growing crimes in America,
identity theft and credit fraud. We live in an age of information
crime! We view this as an inseparable challenge to the above, so
we have combined shredding with recycling to create a no hassle,
totally secure, totally comprehensive program: Sefce Recycling.
